Override Industries LLC is seeking talented individuals interested in attaining knowledge and experience in the field of cybersecurity. A worthy candidate will be available to start working with on our team on a part-time basis, averaging 20 hours a week, with potential to move to full-time in the future.

Our CyberInstaller I position provides support for our customers either onsite or remote, depending on the severity of the incident and the criticality of the components involved. This role is responsible for assessing, reporting, and executing operations safely within reasonable amounts of time in accordance with customer’s managed service level agreements.

A CyberInstaller should be versatile in a variety of systems, environments, and infrastructures, while serving as the eyes, ears, and hands of the OI Operations Team. As a CyberInstaller, you will be expected to install, test and troubleshoot computer and network components, as well as basic IP connectivity of devices, while maintaining and documenting security best practices. Training will be provided for all unfamiliar technologies and procedures. Daily security monitoring tasks may be assigned. Occasional research will be required for information to support Operations, Marketing and Administration decisions. The position requires as needed travel in the Springfield Illiniois Metropolitan area, with the ability to work from home.
